Adult & Child Therapy Services for McHenry County

Adult & Child Therapy Services' primary purpose it to provide direct therapy services for children and adults living and working in McHenry County. We offer physical, occupational, speech and lymphedema therapy as well as home health care. Our mission is to provide the highest level of services to the physically challenged and disabled of every age, bringing hope and creating confidence to realize individual maximum levels of independence.

With convenient hours and one-on-one therapy services, we provide personalized care and a friendly, healing atmosphere. Our comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans insure the best therapy methods for each client. Many of McHenry County's schools and social service agencies utilize the services of Adult & Child Therapy Services' therapists.

Guided by a voluntary Board of Directors and a Professional Advisory Committee, our highly trained staff uses the latest in diagnostic techniques and equipment while working closely with physicians. All services are provided on a fee basis and are offered to anyone, regardless of their ability to pay. In cases of financial hardship, fees may be adjusted on a sliding scale according to what the patient can afford. Referrals for services are accepted from physicians, hospitals, clinics, other agencies, the patient and/or their family.
		Adult & Child Therapy Services is a non-profit organization licensed by the State of Illinois, Medicare and Medicaid certified and preferred provider of most insurance companies. The need for a medical prescription is necessary before a patient can receive treatment. If services requested are not available, referral to other sources will be made.
