Through Wind & Rain, Tee to Tea is Success

Though nature wanted to get them down, the courageous women at this year’s Tee to Tea Ladies Golf Outing would not allow it.

Monday September 26th was a rainy one for sure, but for all the women that came out to support Adult & Child Therapy Services at their annual Tee to Tea golf outing it was all smiles and sunshine. The usual nine-hole scramble turned into a game of Bunco for the almost 60 women.

This is the sixth year Adult & Child Therapy has held Tee to Tea and the event has become known as a great way to spend a fun filled day with friends and co-workers. Woodstock Mayor Brian Sager conducted a caddie-turned-waiter auction. Five businessmen from McHenry County were auctioned off to serve the winning foursome for the day. After the caddie auction ladies played Bunco, a fast-paced dice game and were treated to snacks, beverages, and sweets. After Bunco the ladies enjoyed a high tea and silent auction.

Adult & Child Therapy Services would like to thank all of the ladies who came through the wind and the rain to support them. They would also like the thank the sponsors of the event: AptarGroup, Crystal Lake Bank & Trust and Home State Bank.
